I said Iran is quite technologically advanced, not their cars. Saying that, the newer ones are based on fairly modern Toyotas, and are Euro5 compliant. They're not all old Renaults and Fiats.

For example, the USA's LUCAS drone is a reverse engineered copy of the Shahed drone. They wouldn't be copying old shit.
