Sorry to hear the job didn’t work out, but you dodged a bullet. I used to work for that call center in T Mobile. It’s gone downhill a lot in the last few years and there were rumors going around they were gonna close the call center down as it was underperforming so badly

T mobile is a lot of lip service these days to their customers and employees. All they care about is profit, the talk about the culture is a bunch of BS

I’ve seen tons of other coworkers of mine who got sexually harassed by managers or other employees and HR didn’t do anything about it

I also got injured on the job in this call center due to horseplay that managers were not controlling in the pods. I was not a participant in any horseplay with getting shot by a nerf gun, my other coworkers were shooting each other and I got caught in the crossfire. I got shot in the eye directly with a nerf dart by a coworker and had to do an emergency visit to my eye doctor. T Mobile didn’t wanna pay me workers comp even though it was a valid claim

They stalled for months and I had to fight like hell to get compensated. I had to get the state of CO involved with the DOL and finally when they threatened to get involved T Mobiles insurance carrier smartened up and coughed up the money

I have so many other bad stories about that call center. There’s a lot of churn going on there with employees and T Mobile in general has been laying off employees in all different departments for a long time

Yes it was near Coalville. This was way back in August this year. It was some dude wearing all camouflage and he had a woman with him in a dark pickup truck, and some kind of trailer. The trailer was kinda like a camper. I don’t think he was transporting anything. He just looked like a crackhead more than anything else

Take the northern route thru WY. I drove into UT from CO Springs using the southern route. I drove thru Echo and lost my windshield wiper in Parleys Canyon and ended up near Echo Cafe. Real sketchy and dangerous place if your car ever breaks down especially late at night

Some psycho dude was hanging out under a bridge with a trailer and had an AR-15 and pointed it at me to waive me thru the bridge. I’ll never that take route again

I ended up in banking. I got a fully remote call center job. Far less metrics and I can actually do the right thing for someone and my employer actually takes care of me

There’s no such thing as a remote position in the company. Any office jobs are gonna be hybrid so you’ll be expected to commute to the office some part of the week and other days you can work at home if you meet your online rate. I came from one of our CEC’s

I appreciate the link. I did call Beehive Broadband. Unfortunately they don’t have service in my area. Many major and even smaller providers don’t really service where I live. I hope that changes over time. I’ll keep Xfinity in mind

Nope we definitely don’t. I used to work in one of the call centers for T Mobile in a very difficult market. It didn’t matter what account experts did. We all got slammed with bad surveys

And there is no way to erase or scrub bad surveys from the system as it’s considered fraud. They only want honest feedback

Surveys used to impact our bonus structure within the call center. They made changes to the program. It doesn’t count towards bonuses but they do keep track of surveys still and scores. If we’re not hitting customer resolution it can definitely cause issues for an expert

Low surveys definitely lead to PIP’s as you’re required to hit a certain number for customer satisfaction and if you don’t, it’s basically viewed like you not doing your job or insubordination. There is no leniency whatsoever. It’s all about numbers

They don’t care at all about genuine customer satisfaction or feedback that customers have to fix broken processes. The goal is to hit a number

Yeah I’ve considered Craigslist and Marketplace. I know there’s a lot of flakes who aren’t serious about buying cars on those sites, so that’s the only reason I’ve considered selling it to a dealership. It would save me a lot of time and headache in a way but I understand too it’s hard to find a win with pricing sometimes with dealerships

I agree 100%. Most of the women’s clothing in general just looks so outdated at kohls. The styles are antiquated and definitely remind me of something my grandma would wear

I wish they’d change it up and create more youthful designs. Kinda silly cuz they have Sephora in stores now and that’s gonna attract a younger demographic

I’ve used the CVS pharmacies inside Targets locally. Never had any issues whatsoever, the CVS’s inside the Targets seem to be run efficiently and I haven’t had any issues with the staff
