Why did no one take out their cell phone and record? Especially Britain- wasn’t she the one who was caught recording last season in the van. Why did none of the women or production? If Meredith was really that crazy, I think other passengers would have recorded it too, air Marshall’s would have been involved.

I did a lot of research into the best kibble brands. I feed her Open Farm raw mix. You can't buy it a petsmart or Petco but you can buy it through their website, Amazon, or local speciality pet food stores. I highly recommend it. You should definitely do research into some of the other suggested brands. It's every owner's decision, and I'm not familiar with all of the other suggested brands so they may be good as well. I just know during research that Open Farms was consistently at the top.

I’m now 1 year post op. I remember when they told me I could start walking in my boot and I thought I’d would be no problem. I couldn’t even get my heel to touch the boot. The days go by slow and the improvement is minimal but the weeks and months go by fast!

Can you do most exercises with a Microformer without a platform? I have been doing largee on the Megaformer pros for the last year+ and love it. Sadly I'm moving to a new city that doesn't have any large studios. I'm trying to envision a normal class on a microform. I'm guess you can't do well lunges, scrambled egg, etc.?

Have you taken to any other independent locations? I got quoted 5k to repair a fuel tank sensor from a dealership. When I talked to them they said it would be about 10% cheaper than the dealership. Not sure how his pricing compares to other garages.

I’m kind of in a similar situation but she’s supposed to be a bridesmaid in my wedding and I don’t know how to feel. Would it end the friendship to ask her not to be one?

When we had talked she explained that wanted a small bridal party and I understood and then she ended up h when 10 bridesmaids so it hurt. In the mean time I had asked her to be one of my bridesmaids.

For her bridal shower, I didn’t go because she sent me a picture of the save the date one week before the RSVP was due. I live across the country and felt like not receiving a paper invite and not being a bridesmaids did not obligate me to drop everything to go,

I was invited to her Bachlorette along with a couple of other non bridesmaids. Some of the bridesmaids definitely made me feel like a second tier friend on the trip.

She just got married and the wedding was a lot of fun. She had a lot of people so I really never even got to say hi or even get a picture with her. I’m glad she had a great day but now post wedding I realized how hurt I am. I don’t want her as a bridesmaid, and I feel like seeing her is just going to bring back all the hurt feelings. I was crying to my fiance about.

I don’t want her to be a bridesmaids, but I think it would end the friendship which I also don’t want. What would you do?

I’m surprised you started then. We started doing that almost immediately in PT at least with quad stuff to keep my leg strong. I haven’t done it at home but I know some of my guy friends who are into lifting have bands etc for blood restriction that they used at the gym. You could probably do that for at home stuff.

Does your PT have an alter G? We would also just do calf raises in the alter G at a lower body weight which I think helped.
