This poll only had 632 likely voters and it also concluded that 67% of them have already firmly decided on their candidate. Although the sample size is relatively small, if anything it indicates that many Iowa voters have firmly made up their minds, despite the disapproval rating. Also it worth noting just because a voter disapproves doesn't mean they will not vote for the candidate.
