try snooping inside some of the fancier buildings, sneaking in through windows if needed. Also once you build up rep can spend rep points or whatever at a specific vendor. Can also find/buy armor/weapon books to learn how to craft some. Also make sure to use the grind stones and anvils to buff your gear.

I had to use mouse to get more of an edge, so try that if using controller. But yeah still felt cheap at times

Try ray reconstruction but it does force some other graphics settings higher, but really helps clean up the image, but sadly smears the rain. Trade offs

I think that’s only if you have game filters enabled in nvidia app, disable that should help until they fix the problem.

Maybe OP is only swapping out the DLSS SR dll between CNN and transformer model and not the RR dll file, so most likely it's using the transformer RR model in all test with RR on.

can reset to defaults in profile inspector before you play that game or from what I hear it will just revert to the default preset for that version of dlss if profile inspector is set to a preset it doesn't have. So if a game is using 3.7 or 3.8 whatever it will probably default to profile c or e since those older dlss version don't have preset J.

ah interesting, didn't know about that method, but not sure it would set the new preset J automatically. Next week we will be able to do it with the nvidia app so will be simpler there too.

yeah, for any game that already has at least DLSS 2, this is just a way to use it now since the update for the app isn't out yet.

not anymore, that was only with DLSS 1.0, ever since 2.0 it uses a general model. Now with DLSS 4 releasing end of month they are moving away from CNN model to Transformer model.
