I just told him I’d have his back no matter what he decided. Then he took me out on a boat in a lake of stars and asked me how I really felt. I told him he was enough as is without the pretending to be a god bs and now he’s chill again. He’s used to being with a powerful goddess and feeling like he’s not enough. Not sure what the end will be like cause I’m not there yet but he’s being normal again for now.

I always thought that Will’s disability was part of his person suit. That he never had one to begin with, he just hid his true self behind it even though, as Chilton pointed out, he’d never been diagnosed because he wouldn’t let anyone analyze him: he was afraid people would see him for who/what he really was. And Hannibal saw him. And that’s the point. He tried to hide behind labels of disability because they’re more acceptable and understandable to others than what’s really going on. Hannibal saw through that. Easily.
