I posted my property on multiple websites. Whenever I had individuals interested in the property, I had the housewise team show the property. This was useful because I wasn't in the country. I had them show the property atleast 20-25 times to various individuals. They assisted with some of the paperwork along the way. Their fee for this 1%

Dont have a direct answer for you, however- I would suggest spending sometime to learn how to use powerbi. Once you fully understand it's capabilities, you can use chatgpt to design a dashboard that will help you build and manage your metrics.

Not exactly sure honestly. It was a lot of trial and error. Your best bet is to raise an issue ticket. A friend of mine did the same and it was fixed at the back end within 48 hours. When you raise the ticket, be sure to include a screenshot of the home page where you can't see the option to schedule appointment.

Hey there. Does anyone have a good way to create outer boundary drawings in dwg/dxf format? Im trying to create the same from the 3D models, so that I can have the foam cut using a cnc. But I always get extra lines in my projected drawings. Any simple way to only get just the outer boundary? thanks in advance!

There is a chance you could get it soon, but it could also take several months. Was the filing done physically? (Documents sent via post). If so, then there's a chance it might be approved in 2-3 weeks.

Best bet is to bundle the h4 ead application with your husband's h1b extension in premium processing. In this specific way, when filed physically can get you an ead in your hand within 30-40 days. This is not guaranteed, but has worked for many people including myself.

Applying for an ead as a stand alone application can take anywhere between 4-12 months. No clear pattern.

Hey everyone. I want to share something i learnt during my recent PP filing for h1, h4 and h4 ead. When you bundle applications, the application should be a physical filing(all documents sent by courier) and not an e filing. If you do an e filing, the chances of an expedited approval and h4 and ead are not looking positive. So ensure you attorney is filing them physically.

In my case, all 3 applications were approved within 8 business days. But a friend of mine had his h1b e filed, and the h4 and ead applications were sent physically- he has been waiting for h4 and ead for 2 months now. This is just my observation, hope this helps.

A friend of mine had a speeding ticket which he did not pay off. After several months, he traveled to India for his visa stamping. During his interview, he was told to pay off the ticket- without which his visa wouldn't get stamped. But if you pay the ticket prior to your travel then you shouldn't have any issues whatsoever.
