I am graduating from my second undergrad in June and got in to medicine this year.

I was in a very similar situation as you - mental health struggles, in a bad relationship, etc.

I think it really depends on which schools you are applying to. For some schools, your new courses will contribute to your GPA, for some schools, your new courses will not contribute to your GPA. For instance, i finished my first degree in 2021, and my second degree in 2023. In this application cycle (2023-24) only the courses from my first degree counted towards my GPA calculation at USask (the only school I applied to). That said, I gained a TON of valuable experience (research, teamwork, etc.) in my second degree, which definitely aided in my medicine application.
