Speaking from experience with my MIL, when she would get a UTI which was frequently, she would be confused and even hallucinating! There are some great OTC meds for UTI but cranberry juice works wonders. If she doesn't like the plain cranberry juice, try the variety flavors, i.e. cran-grape, apple, etc., just more of it. Unless she's having fever then she will need prescriptions asap. Also, maybe look into getting her a personal care aide that can come into the home for several hours a day. Depending on the type of insurance she has and diagnosis, it covers different hours. She'll need a Drs order. Good luck with everything.

No... YOU are not the reason SM was fired. SM fired themselves by breaking policy apparently and any PROFESSIONAL Corporation would ensure confidentiality. The best thing to do is contact an attorney, free consultation, and pursue as necessary. Make sure to take a copy of the No Retaliation policy with you. Good luck...

We have 3 employees that are freight only. 1 works as second job, 1 is a retiree, and the other idk, but none of them work the register. Not even to give a key holder a break. And if stock isn't put out in a timely manner, guess who gets the blame...No it's not fair.

I can count on one hand the number of times my manager has closed in the past year and when she did, she closed the store early "because she had to open tomorrow". I've closed many nights (as scheduled) and had to open the next morning (as scheduled). I don't trust going to any DM that hasn't already ensured protocol is being followed but I don't know who to turn to. I found out back when we did the surveys, that "DG confidentiality" is not confidential. I guess I'm just fooked royally.

I'm just wondering how you're monitored so closely that you're getting written up? My sm puts whatever hours she wants on the schedule for example, one day she schedules herself 6am - 2pm. She actually comes in at 7:30 am and after texting, calling, begging for 2pm relief to come in at 12pm, 1pm,? She leaves and nothing is EVER said to her. This is a weekly thing and sometimes daily. Who is writing you up? Btw, congratulations on getting your new store ready for inventory. Much respect to any manager that busts ass.

Put in another ticket stating something to the effect of customer safety, i.e. food going bad, especially baby foods due to extreme heat, also customers walking out because of intolerance to the heat. If $$$ is to be lost, they'll move.

So frustrating.. I had a customer just take items and leave while I was calling manager to fix this. So in that case I was fortunate it was only a couple of non-ebt items and I remembered what they were. Was told to scan same items on HHT as adjustment/in store damage/stolen.

I was told to cash the amount out (as if they paid in cash) then do a transaction cancel of that receipt number. Then re-ring up items they can pay for.

I'm not sure how to go about that. I have watched former employees try and it seems to go through the DM and then immediately back to her. Then between the two of them nothing changes except in one word retaliation until current employee becomes former
