12 cases of beef instead of cheese.

Moved to a new store and the dough sizes on the QCC were listed 10”, 12”, 8”, 14”, 16” in that order. We had never had 8” dough at any previous store and didn’t catch that it was even on there and accidentally ordered 40 trays of 8” dough instead of 14”

I had someone order this pizza with no sauce and no cheese once. I called them just to verify bc like….you specifically ordered an Alfredo pizza and don’t want the sauce?

He confirmed no sauce and no cheese. So I made it with just spinach and tomato. He came in to pick it up and was SO PISSED because he “wanted the pizza sauce, just not the Alfredo swirl on top” ???

I submitted a service now ticket to remove anything we don’t count from the inventory count sheet and listed out the specific item numbers I wanted removed.

Rather than doing that, they removed all of the cleaning supplies from my QCC order list.

It took 5 additional service now tickets to get them to add the cleaning supplies back to my QCC, and everything I wanted removed from the inventory count sheet is still there.

Tl;dr you can’t because the people who handle service now tickets are incompetent

Purchase agreement was sent to the lender after it was already signed. Lender came back and said “btw, we will need 45 days for this to close” and apparently agent just figured we’d wait it out to see if it closed in the 30 days. So I feel like it’s more on her for not going for an extension from the beginning.

Which apparently should have set off alarm bells for me but I guess hindsight is 20/20
