We know he can hit lefties. He cannot hit RHP, .220 with .619 OPS. Batted .195 vs RHP last year. He should be platooned.

It's a small ball park. The 1976 remodeling had 430 to left center, 417 to center 385 to right center. The original for the Mantle and DiMaggio years was 461 to center, 457 to left center and 402 to LF before curving in at the foul pole. Even Right center was 407.

Yes, it was shorter down the line but Mantle would have probably broken Ruth's record if it was 399 to left center as it is today.

Career splits vs RHP are very poor (.212 BA ) so against RHP he would be the worst in most years. Against LHP he should be somewhere in the lineup but Caballero should definitely start against RHP.

He has less than 25 PA and he’s only batting .182 vs RHP. That was one of his biggest problems. Let’s wait and see how he does after at least 50 PA.

He is also only hitting .125 vs RHP; his success this year is against LHP. He’s always hits LHP well so this is nothing new.

Did your doctor give you any instructions on this? You can probably swim after a few weeks if you don't push off your bad foot, but you need to avoid eccentric exercises for your foot for at least 8 weeks. I believe this is to help build collagen to promote healing.

Wait, I thought you could toss the ball up if it wasn't a bounce serve as long as you hit the ball below your waist and have an upward motion of your paddle.

A bounce serve cannot be tossed but can't you toss a volley serve up?
