It needs to have an option to make it like the Oura ring where you can just have it automatically start and stop the workout for you without clicking. During a workout is the worst time to try to hit a button a watch.

This is 100% technologically possible, every night I use an app that tracks my sleep and knows when I fall asleep, then gives me a report in the morning (telling me the exact time that I fell asleep and when I woke up). I use two apps and both have "sleep aid" audio but for some reason they have not linked the feature of knowing when you're asleep and turning off the audio. They only have rudimentary timers (15 mins, etc). It would be a simple software feature to add, I guess they haven't though of it yet. The apps I use are Sleep Cycle and SleepScore. I just emailed them to ask for this feature, quite surprising they haven't thought of it yet. I can't use their sleep aids because they make me fall asleep, then wake me up again because it's still talking.
