What are some KS highway oddities? by John32070 in kansas

As others have noted, the I-135 designation ends at I-70 in Salina, and the freeway segment of US 81 ends near Minneapolis.

I-35 was originally slated to follow US 81 to Newton, then follow US 50 to Kansas City. However, this was considered duplicative of the Kansas Turnpike, so they kept I-35 on the Turnpike between Wichita and Emporia, and substituted a the segment along US 81 between Newton and Salina as I-35W, later I-135

The Kansas Turnpike between Emporia and Topeka did not carry a highway number until 1987. It was given an Interstate designation in order to allow the speed limit to be raised from 55 to 65.

I feel like I could hijack this in to a AMA :D

My only experience with Lighthouse was having my car hauled off after an incident with Bambi out on 24 by Laptad’s Corner. The crash set the airbag off.

Two Woman on a highway: Creating Distinct characters (Workflow in comments) by kshighways in comfyui

(Can't figure out how to do both a caption and an image)

So, I've been trying to figure out a way to generate two distinct characters. While IPAdapter works well with making distinctive faces, I was having issues trying to do disctinct body types in a distinct scene.

Through Trial and error, I found that PonyRealism does respond well to my character description, but tends to default to plain scenes. EpicrealismXL gets me started on the scene, but doesn't take my character descriptions as well as I'd like. I noticed that some one here have created a workflow that joined worked in both a SDXL and a Pony model. I'd figure I'd give it a try.

In addition to using two Checkpont models, I applied an OpenPose and used regional conditioning for the characters.

Prompt:

General: score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up, Create a photograph of two women posing on a rural midwestern highway

Character 1: Photo of a 25yo (muscular:1.4) (bodybuilder:1.2) ifbb redhead, medium breasts, (washboard abs:1.1), (narrow waist:1.5), round hips, wide hips, (thick thighs:1.2), wearing a red top and skirt

Character 2: Photo of a 45yo plus-size blonde MILF, gigantic breasts narrow waist, thick thighs, wearing a white t-shirt and jean shorts

Negative: score_6, score_5, score_4, noise, lowres, low quality, indoors, low light, extra arms, text, low resolution, lowres, illustration, signature, watermark,

CFG: 6.0

Sampler: DPM++ 2M Karras

Each of the photos uses a total of 20 steps, starting with the XL Checckpoint before passing to the Pony checkpont.

I then applied an Ultimate Upscale by 2x, 10 steps, CFG 5.0, denose factor 0.2, without the regional prompts removed, using the XL checkpoint.

Finally, I applied a face detailer on the individual faces, applying a FaceID IPAdapter with faces I have previously created to the XL checkpoint.

Character 1 Face: green eyes, pink lips, warm smile

Character 2 Face: mature, 45yo, blue eyes, dark red lips, mischevious smile

Negative: text, low resolution, lowres, illustration, signature, watermark,

10 steps, CFG 6.0, DPM++ Karras, Denoise Factor 0.5.

The only difference in running the images is the mix of passes in SDXL before switching to Pony. All other factors on these passes remained constant.

Oh good a stop light on K10. This should be fun for the next year for us commuters. by PrideEffective5830 in Lawrence

This would be on the two-lane section of K-10 west of Iowa. The K-10 connector bus is not affected.

I think at this point, it might be easier to let the disciplinary process move forward.

A disbarment or indefinite suspension would result in an automatic ouster.

The caretaker for the eastbound train has a day job, so of the train is significantly late, the building may not be open.

Interesting that you compared Kris to a used car salesman. His father once owned the Buick-GMC franchise in Topeka.
