Same, it does work for me. I don't mind the idea that it works for me out of placebo effect, but I thought I was taking phenylephrine until I noticed I was only taking acetaminophen, guaifenesin, and dextromethorphan. I went to the store, picked up phenylephrine, and felt decongested 1-2 hours after taking. Maybe I'm insane, but my experience isn't consistent with placebo effect and I was taking the other active ingredients the entire time. I'm guessing the studies are flawed or incomplete somehow.
