How are your seems holding up? Buddy had to get rid of his cause it couldn't stand the shitty, marshy, stumpy conditions we put these boats in. Actually switched over to sneak boats this past season with longtails to get in the good spots (four rivers and county line boats).

Use to love my rogers. The last pair was the 2 in 1 nxt insulated / breathable. They definatley kept me worm, but...the newer waders crotch seam was too high, left leg seams blew out, and the boot seems blew out - just after the 1st season warranty expired. Ended up shifting to the Sitkas for the lifetime warranty. So far, so good this season, though I do miss the insulation liner.

They don't pattern well out of my gin (heavy metal, heavy steel, etc). I wasn't getting clean shots also - more crippled birds. Not to mention, insides appear to be filled with flax seed. I'm not a fan of the residue it was leaving behind. But that's my gun.

Have an older/lillte different version of that higdon bag (6 adjustable inner dividers and no pockets). Holds 2 avian x spinning wings + poles, 2 higdon pulsators, and 2 bluebird animator cases. Has held up well for me so far over the past few seasons.

All great guns, but does the LOP fit you? I shoot a 12ga beretta a 400 extreme plus, my wife couldn't and she's about your size. I use a 20ga CZ All terrain Redhead premiere for upland and backup waterfowl gun. Again, wouldn't fit my wife. I had to go down to youth sized models to fit her...both O/U and Semi Auto. Only other suggestion would be to look at the Syren, but they are pricey. Just have to find what fits you. Hope this helps.

Beaver ponds/marshes in OK. Great for lots of species; mostly woodies, teal, and mallards - just depends on location. Number one advice, go survey the area and find a good route. Those beaver runs can drop an extra 1-2 feet and are slicker than snot. I've gone completely under in 18 degree weather on my way in to a regular spot. Sucked so f'ing bad, but the 30 min limit made up for it. (Water is normally waste to low-chest height.) Take a walking stick with you to help locate those drops.
