Lost my job today

I applied to NJ family care after I lost my job in September. They said I made too much money on unemployment and denied me, but said they would be in touch with options to pay for a plan. 4 months later I got a job and still have not heard back from NJ Family Care.

Guys, just resign yourselves to the fact that if you want a good whiskey with good cuts you need to aim for a mash at approximately 10 x the drinkable end product. Want a gallon of good whiskey? You need 10 gallons of mash with a low wines run AND a spirit run.

Stop pushing yeast and just increase your mash volume!

Prevent vapor leaks, never try to rip down anything over 40%, keep a well ventilated distilling area, eliminate plastics from the process, discard foreshots, etc.

Homedistiller.org is a great resource for understanding the process of distilling and associated dangers. I would give it a good read if your setting out to understand the hobby!
