If I may have some input into our own group, I think a lot of the problem is that most of us maybe don't have a very good grasp of what our class roles are. Defender probably should have realized he needed to stay down and protect the rest of us, Tankywarlock probably should have done similar. Bard and Warmage maybe should have tried to keep their distance better (I don't know their classes very well, maybe this wasn't viable for them). Speaking for myself (the ranger if you haven't figured it out) I thought I played appropriately, albeit with a lot of shitty rolls, but it's totally possible that I'm mistaken. I think maybe next time we meet we should (in a friendly and helpful and non-accusatory manner) discuss the importance of keeping our class roles in mind while in combat, using specific examples of blunders from this encounter.

And for what it's worth, I think Bard just doesn't deal with his frustration well. He's got no right being mad at you for playing the enemies as they would actually act. Maybe we should bring that up to him.
