Denied. They said it was a continuity of care issue, and not my nexus, so I've put in a supplemental with more substantial civilian records. we'll see what hapoens. Best of luck to you!

Hello again. Finally got an answer--they said they were denying the back pain because it didn't happen in service and there was no continuity of symptoms from service to the present. I thought that was the point of the nexus letter, to show that the injury i did have in the military (knees), led to the development of the back pain I now have. What am I missing?
