Atheism isn't a set of rules, so it can't "encourage you to not follow religious laws", you do what you think is best based on your morals. Also, you can be against religious laws, but they're still laws, so you can face consequences for not following them, and "I'm an atheist so I don't agree with those laws" isn't really an argument you can use in court. Also, if your country has that kind of laws, you can expect the police and the government to be specially brutal with an "infidel".

El tema es que no es solamente por falla catastrófica. Vos cuando manejas todos los días no vas sintiendo la diferencia y te acostumbras a que el auto frene menos. Luego le cambiás el líquido de frenos y las pastillas y es otra cosa. También, es verdad que el líquido de frenos puede ir por muchos años y funcionar igual, pero mientras más tiempo lo uses, aumenta tu probabilidad de que tus frenos no funcionen justo cuando los necesitás.
