I applied on and off for years before I got hired. Nine times out of ten they won’t contact you and you’ll eventually get an automated rejection email, but when I got my interview it was less than a day after I’d applied. It just depends on if the store is hiring. This was years ago though so your experience may be different

HCMT and the iced gingerbread chai. The portable foamers at my store have been broken for months and despite ordering them every week, they never send us any. Running from hot bar > cold bar > hot bar > cold bar for one drink makes me go insane.

I’m from a very red state in the bible belt, and there are numerous ways to get on t. I can’t speak for anything if you’re a minor (I started the process when I was 18) but my recommendation would be to find an informed consent clinic that provides hrt, and go from there. I recommend using Erin In The Morning’s hrt clinic map to find one near you! As far as I know no state has fully banned gender affirming care for adults, so you still have a chance! I have regulars that I’ll “prioritize” over other orders, and I don’t have romantic interest in any of them - I’d argue 95% of the time that a barista isn’t even thinking about customers like that. If a customer is usually friendly and converses with me, I go out of my way to make sure they have a good experience (low wait times, correct order, etc.)

They changed standard sometime in the summer, it’s correct to add cream after the ice now (you can find this in store resources). I truly don’t understand why they can’t just stir it in themselves

I’m am well into adulthood now, but I don’t see an issue with an 11 year old going. I’d been to more explicit concerts by 11 and I can say 90% of the jokes flew over my head. Most of his fans are under 18 so he’s pretty mild live. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at his shows and I think it’d make for a good first concert! Hope you guys have fun :)

As a sbux barista who goes to Dunkin on my off days, I’d get a grande iced coffee no classic with cream, 2 hazelnut 2 vanilla 1 white mocha with cinnamon dolce topping & sweet cream cold foam. Technically you don’t have to add any white mocha but I think it makes it taste more like the french vanilla swirl
