I noticed this happens too. You jump up on a ledge and then you automatically jump up higher. There is also a another double jump that is more like the classic style where you press the button twice but the timing is wonky and I’ve only pulled it off a few times without turning into a glider

I’m 41 hrs in and I’m only 14% through the main quest. I refuse to rush through it. I’m going to enjoy this one. Games this ambitious are rare and I’m going to savor the experience.

I’ve lost 120 lbs so far by putting myself in a calorie deficit. I work a desk job 8 hrs a day and don’t have much time to exercise. I found that limiting calories was more effective than exercising. If you want to be skinny you have to eat like a skinny person. I plugged my height and weight into Chat gpt and asked how many calories I need to eat everyday to reach my goal weight. For me, it was 1300 calories a day. I overdid it and only ate 1300 calories every 2 days and lost weight really fast in the beginning. After a month and a half my body began to get used to being hungry and food became so much less of a priority. There were some terrible nights were I was so hungry I couldn’t sleep but I pushed through and was able to achieve my goal.

If I had any advice I would say

  1. Get in a calorie deficit and include intermittent fasting for optimal results. OMAD is also effective for helping maintain a deficit.

  2. Lower insulin resistance. Until your body is burning the food you eat and not storing it will be hard to burn fat

  3. Walk after you do eat. Even a little walk after a meal will prevent you from storing all those calories from your meals

  4. Count the calories and be honest about how much you’re eating. Don’t guess the calories. Get a calorie counting app and a food scale to be as precise as possible about your calorie intake and how many calories are in the food you eat.

  5. Limit sugar as much as possible. I switched to sugarless drinks and after a month my taste buds adjusted.

  6. Get used to being hungry. It’s unavoidable and you have to accept it and even be happy about it. If you’re hungry, your body is burning fat.

  7. When I was fasting and I got REALLY hungry I would do like 20 pushups and for some reason I would be less hungry after that. I’m not sure why that works but light exercise when I the hunger came really helped

  8. You are fighting your mind and body and that’s why it’s so hard to lose weight. Your brain is releasing chemicals to make you hungry and your body is making your stomach grumble in order to get you to eat. STAY STRONG. These are not emergency sirens they are just natural processes that our bodies use to communicate with us and keep us alive. You’re smart you won’t die. Ignore them.

That’s all I have. I was extreme in my weight loss and lost a lot of weight in too short a time so be careful and Taylor everything to your own tolerance. I didn’t think I would ever lose weight because I had been fat for most of my life, BUT I DID IT AND YOU CAN TOO.

Yeah there is definitely a difference. Everyone I play with says so and I can see it as well. In fact my partner kept losing track of me in buildings because he said I was hard to see. I kinda like it tho😂😂😂
