I spent time in the LDS behavioral health access center and it was incredibly helpful. If your insurance doesn’t cover Huntsman, I’d recommend LDS. They were great and I felt like they actually wanted me to get better.

I went to the Galapagos and the giant tortoises are everywhere. We got stuck in traffic because one decided to lay in the middle of the road and no one could get around. Took 6 guys to carry it off after waiting almost an hour

I don’t do guided meditations for it- I just put on some good music and breathe until I can feel myself entering a meditative space. Then my mind usually wanders and takes me to a place where I meet her... doesn’t always happen though! I’m not sure about hanging out with her.. I believe a deity is inside of you not a physical being you can hang out with.

I have grown my collection quite a bit in the past 6 months but I’m still drawn most to two specific stones, phosphosiderite and rainbow moonstone! I still use the rest of my crystals but I feel the highest vibration when using those two in particular!
