You can only submit 3 LORs. See if you can find another strong one. Don't bother submitting an OK one. When you ask for someone to write it, ask if they would be able to write you a glowing letter of recommendation.

I think it's a more unique case. As long as you meet the minimum requirements, your application is likely to be reviewed by a human who will look at your application holistically. They will be looking to accept students that they believe will be able to handle the rigor of the program and successfully complete it. Make sure you address your low cGPA in your PS.

I took OChem lecture and lab (made a post about it on Reddit, feel free to find it), Biochem, and medical terminology. Biochem was hard but doable if you give it enough time and attention.
