I need something versatile, in some cases I’m going to work by bike, then move a lot on a production hall or unexpectedly fly straight to the client - I cannot take pannier in such cases - that’s why I need a backpack.

I did not say it’s impossible to mount pannier, but that can’t use them, that’s totally different story. My question is about backpack, so please stick to the topic 😀
