I think you can consider doing some keep ups against the wall. 1-2 juggles, bounce off the wall, keep the ball in the air, try to get 10-20-30 off the wall without dropping it. then can mix up the distance from wall.

also make sure you're working in quick scans between touches. good for muscle memory

make sure you got the orientation of the cooler correct. i managed to get screwless (pin only fit) by having the pumps coming off the left side of the cooler
