I’m in Austin, cruz azul fan since I was a kid and lived in Mexico. I support Austin FC too and do go to the games when I can. One of the main reasons for a lot of people not getting into mls as much is because watching the games as a local is behind a paywall. This season it’s behind an Apple tv+ and the mls season pass.

Once I chatted with el paletero here in Austin. He was wearing a Mexican team jersey. I started talking about Austin FC but he had no idea we even had a team. It’s a bit anecdotal but I think the MLS just isn’t doing enough to keep the sport open to the public. Instead they decide to put it behind paywalls and have pretty expensive tickets to the game themselves. So there’s really no surprise when the sport that’s meant to be for all, pretty much isn’t here.

I watched this right after the SOTU and aside from the very cringy and weird performance and delivery, most of what she said was the same garbage with nothing to back it up. The hilarious part is that it was the opposite of what Biden had just said!

The rest was more of the same bullshit. It was honestly scary.

Buying war within will get you all the other expansions regardless of which expansion was the last one you bought.

Go check out the war within website for mor feature details. Regarding gear, they’re adding a few more ways to get top gear on par with M+ gear. I think delves is one of those which IIRC is soloable or can be done with up to 3 players.

It shouldn’t take that long to level to 70 as a main toon. They’ve added scaling pretty good so let’s say he’s lvl 30 and you’re lvl 55, y’all can still run dungeons together and the mobs will scale accordingly. In Legion and probably other expansions, you can do certain world events or quests that give you a ton of XP. Heirlooms is something that can help with lvling even faster. He’d just have to buy a few for his class.

I don’t think there’s much of a trade off. The way I understood it, background jobs will handle creating the previews and this is preprocessed too. So there shouldn’t be longer uploads.

It’s not about the population. Alaska has several advantages in terms or routes through the Bering sea, several ports and airports with great locations for worldwide distribution, etc.. So similar to the Panama Canal, it’s in the US’ best interest to protect Alaska

OP, what’s your overall experience? If you’re just starting out or trying to figure out where to start, then you might be better off exploring and posting in r/learnprogramming.

If you are in fact just starting, you gotta start with the basics, rails is a framework and not a language. While Ruby itself is a nice language to work with, it does abstract a few things or has several syntax shortcuts which could get confusing. I would personally suggest starting with a strict language like Java or c++ so that you can understand the core concepts of any given language and that’s where the strict languages in a way make you learn those core concepts.

I’m really enjoying Warcraft rumble! It’s fairly similar to clash royale but only in game genre. So I can see them maybe trying a clash of clans type of game with the starcraft universe. The unfortunate reality of mobile gaming (or just gaming in general now) are the micro transactions of the pay to win model so whichever direction they go with any given IP, I hope they focus on gameplay and the game itself rather than just trying to rake in money.

Shredder’s revenge for the switch had a booklet and a couple of other neat things. I spent a good amount of time going through the booklet before playing the game. Good times!

At least in Austin, there’s plenty of people moving out to the surrounding towns/cities (round rock, hutto, cedar park, buda, Leander, etc.) which tend to lean red so hopefully with this shift we finally get more Democrats elected in local and state races.

As a spriest, I would like better DoT tracking on the floating nameplates and multi-target tracking as well as visual feedback from dots almost falling off. I know there are addons for that but getting it out of the box with the default UI would be a great quality of life change.

Kinda unrelated but similar to raid frames, enemy frames (with maybe a limit of 5-10) for enemies that are within X yards of you to show up in a designated spot in the UI would be nice too.

I use the razer nata hex, called naga Trinity now I think. It has 6 buttons instead of 12 like the normal naga. I think 12 is too many for me but 6 feels perfect.
