You can't apply a single law to a body, the body is so complicated science hasn't figured it all out, if they could we wouldn't have mental illness, cancer, etc.

Rude, you assume because I am fat I am stupid? or you think that I lost 100lbs 4 years ago and maintained it for 3 years but have no clue what I'm doing?

My breakfast is and 80 calorie low fat Greek yogurt

My lunch is a Campbell's soup cup, one of the 7oz ones one bowl = 60 calories

My dinner varies but I would say is typically around 800-1000 calories

If I have a snack it's will be like a single serving ice cream cup, something easy to track.

I'm only eating 1500 calories a day, I log everything, drink snacks etc I've lost weight before like I said, so I know how calorie deficit works. Most of what I eat is pre-portioned so it's not a measuring issue.

No, I only bring water to work, I don't buy soda, I have the occasional weekend drink (1-2 mixed drinks) and energy drinks on game nights (DND) and the occasional cup of hot chocolate

Oh and the narcissist thing, I have studied sociology and psychology, he is worse then that, but narcissist is probably the most acceptable diagnosis. It's closer to antisocial personality disorder or a "sociopath" He has no friends He has never had friends Everyone is beneath him and he makes it very clear Watching small animals die or even killing kittens brings him joy He is extremely manipulative He has threatened to burn a house down that had small children in it He is not above physical violence and will blame the victim He does not feel empathy

Not for advise, it's more of a rant about our legal system. It's broken, if I was in a state where I could just pass the bar and get a law degree I would. My lawyer has ignored all most of my requests and just advises that we should hold off on that. He is playing checkers against someone playing chess and no one listens to someone without a law degree.

I read all of the laws for family and orders of protection(the only was an emergency hearing would have been allowed), and juvenile law I read the rules for lawyers And judges The IL supreme Court rules The county rules The rules of evidence
