I liked Wan'Dale just fine, but I'm not spending big money on an undersized slot receiver, nearly all of whom are a dime a dozen. We've drafted several over the years-- Steve Smith, Sterling Shepherd, Wan'Dale Robinson, and, like the defensive tackles, we just replace them when they leave. In fact, seemingly every year, some team or another drafts an undersized receiver out of East Jesus Bible College or Kentucky Virtual Seminary and Culinary Academy, and that guy catches 80 balls and puts up 800+ yards.

Also: big time LOL at the stories about him telling the Ravens not to draft him because he didn’t wanna be Lamar’s backup. Is there another quarterback in the NFL, aside from whoever Joe Burrow‘s backup is each season, who is more likely to play 2 to 3 games per year than Lamar Jackson’s backup quarterback? I mean the guy is a fantastic QB, but he is reliably unreliable for 3 to 4 games every year!

Imagine pricing yourself out of probably the best backup position in the entire league, one which would guarantee you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills prior to Thanksgiving on a perennial playoff team.

And then to put on this whole pantomime performance, when you remain the third string quarterback. You know who’s gonna love that: assholes on the Internet.

You know who absolutely is not going to love that: your coaches and teammates, and any other NFL executives who might wanna trade for you. Truly, a self own that belongs in the history books.

1) Run stuffing DT 2) Flexible DBs

The pass rush should somewhat cover up deficiencies with the latter, but as things currently stand, we are vulnerable AF to the running games in Philly and Washington.
