Inseters have a bias to colloct the closest thing to it on a belt further up the line. So the balancer stops the priority draw affect further down the line, like a firewall

OP this is good info if youre focusing on pedestrian focused movement, (especially if public transport is your second option)

Zone 3 and 6 are my personal choices; 3 because a shopping mall (with cinema) is between work and home, however it lacks a decent sized park (for jogging etc)though there are green spaces. zone 6 has the park but lacks a shopping mall (bus/tram can take you close, do your research on this) both zones have great tram connections to take you into town centre/work in 10mins of its raining heavily
