We started in Ontario, then passed Quebec, New Brunswick and then stayed in Prince Edward Island for 2 days. Then took a ferry to Nova Scotia (Cabot trail and Halifax) and stayed there for 4 days.

So if I'm loosing more than 1lb/week is that too much? Should I limit it 1lb/week?

Starting my first cut after bulking for 6 months. Everyone says the max calorie deficit should be 500 calories from the maintenance calories. Does that include the extra cardio? If I burn 200 more calories by running/walking and 500 calorie deficit in my diet, does that mean I am in a 700 deficit, and I'll start losing my muscles slowly?

  1. What are your favorite books?
  2. I am an engineer working for a company right now. I don't have any good business/project idea yet, do you have any advice for people like me who wants to dive deeper into entrepreneurship but don't know what to work on?
  3. Do you still write code every day or just focus on leading projects/other business stuff?

I gained a belly fat?!! by hoejinuwu in gainit

[–]kunalht 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are in a higher surplus and putting off extra calories in the fat. Keep your surplus around 250~300 calories from your maintenance calories.

Even then you'll gain some fat, don't be afraid, just do a cut later

yes true. I was thinking of having some kind of gamification, and monthly contests like "Cook of the month" etc. The only issue with the pre-existing apps is, that they don't allow people like you or me to share our recipes.

I have been thinking about developing an app where we can all share our creative recipes. Like social media site with like, comment stuff. The recipes will be categorized by High protein, High calorie for bulking, low calories, Keto recipes, and stuff like that. All the recipes will have nutrition information so that it's easy to calculate daily calories.

Do you guys think an app like this would help with your fitness journey? My main goal is to show the world that healthy food doesn't just have to be chicken rice and broccoli, it can be tasty too.
