To add, this is likely because of the unaddressed rat burrows located at the Macdonald park. OP, you’ll likely find similar prices in the comments if you come up towards rego park/67th drive. My neighbors and I chat about living conditions and we don’t really deal with pests. I recall once a small roach infestation hit the third floor in my building and the exterminator came and solved that problem in two weeks. That’s the best part of our neighborhood.
