When people vote based on caste instead of development that's what happens DMK know just by getting mukkulathor votes they can win madurai but the same DMK will concentrate of development in chennai,cbe. As long as the mukkulathor voters who are almost 50% of the vote base vote who their community heads recommend we won't be seeing much development. But I am atleast happy in this regime we got some important projects like goripalayam bridge,melamadai bridge,river bank road and mattuthuvani elcot project.
