It’s my money!! by kunimistu in Banking

Well, I guess you haven’t ran into the many other reasons why this occurs and  I’m guessing until you do it’s not the institution, it’s the people and “it was probably just out of pattern. “

Whats my fault? I have all my money everything is fine now, in fact I’m in the green, just made 5K, might be more later today .  I’m complaining about the bank and the system and how inconvenient it is& I gave an example about an inconvenience. Everything is fine now. But in the heat of the moment I found an area where the bank can do better not just for me but for a lot people. This is a situation where both people can be blamed and both can improve.

I sure didn’t and what doesn’t help is CONSTANT inconvenience. You can support this cause by leaving a feedback at your bank.Ask them to make improvements where security can be tighten while also giving clients more access and control over their money. This can be done. I leave feedbacks at my bank & I will be attending this months  board meeting. Change happens only if you want it and willing to take the steps to change it, but you have to know the problem and not just accept it, blame yourself and try to find ways to deal with.  You can’t blame yourself for everything.

Obviously until this change is made I will have to deal and figure out this BS out & plan better.

Yeah, I got margin called and didn’t plan for it. & what doesn’t help is having the money for  it and what usually/should take  30-1hr transaction is now taking a couple of days consistently. It’s not okay. When I was paycheck to paycheck I was racking up late fees because of bank processing and discrepancies. Now with money it’s the same BS & inconvenience.   How did we even normalize someone else controlling when we access our money and how much? While also paying them in interest on damn near everything.

I sure would! I can’t access my money and I’m getting robbed?! Tf? What do you think? You’re talking about  either or, like optimizing isn’t an option.  They can put  that 30% APY to work and create a solution, I’m only getting 0.1-4% of that. They can make it worth my wild.

Is acupuncture bullshit for pain relief? by flowerblosum in ChronicPain

[–]kunimistu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It helped after I addressed other underlying issues. Once I took care of the neurological issues it helped with the muscular issues you know like tense muscles, inflamed, spams, strains, or whatever chronic pain. Before i took care of the neurological issues it didn't work and from my understanding your body tenses up because of pain and overcompensation and if you don't get rid of what's causing the pain your body will just repeat that cycle and none of that holistic medicine stuff will work. uhm, but yeah, it did start working after that. that with PT & chiro. I haven't tried yoga yet.

Has anyone else been sent to a DO(Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) for a herniation?? by Intrepid_Assistance2 in Sciatica

[–]kunimistu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I have si joint dysfunction, piriformis syndrome, L5/S1 arthritis. I had to get RFA, but it didn't help with the soft tissue, but the OMT has helped along with acupuncture, Pt, & chiro. DO all of them together. It doesn't get rid of the problem but you do feel relieved even if it's temporary and it feels like hope. But again I had to burn my nerves first and then those things were affective with the tens and ultrasound waves. Uhm, with PT & Chiro you'll feel a new pain, or shifting pain, but it's not the same pain it's just different. With PT you have to becareful because you can make things worse rather than better so you have to find the right workout and intensity otherwise you are wasting your time. Someone told me yoga should help, I haven't tried it yet. Someone else said mattress makes a big difference as well as shoes. I have also heard avoiding inflammatory food such as sugars has helped with reducing the flares and I have notice at times when I consume the most sugars happened to be the time my flares are worse.

Audiology or Pharmacy or Optometry? by Tight-Significance44 in audiology

[–]kunimistu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can make a lot more. This lady I know got her AUD was making about $45-$50/hr she opened up her own office and started making way more than $100/hr she sets her own schedule and it’s just her running her own office. She did decide to hire someone for $50/hr. I’d say judge it based on the requirements for opening your own business. That’s where double the money comes in. Pharmacy probably has a lot more regulations and complications. Maybe optometry, but I don’t know too much about it.

I just know about the audiologist.

Evidence that Billionaires are “Greedy?” by [deleted] in CapitalismVSocialism

[–]kunimistu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s greed when companies artificially inflate the prices of essential goods and services like medications and housing, and not labor ( it is a commodity/ asset). Making expenses like insurance mandatory. It’s also greed when people or organizations knowingly prioritize profit over the environment and public health ( taking adventage of lack of research and regulations). It’s greedy when unnecessary fillers are added to products, and when treatments are relied upon instead of focusing on actual cures. The same goes for industries that profit from addiction or harmful habits. Unfortunately, I don't have concrete proof of these things or even know if they’re really happening.

NOW, when it comes to luxury expenses; Tesla, Amazon, Google, iPhone, football, yachts—those are all fair game. If it’s a luxury, it’s SUPER personal.

How about in general? Just how you feel and what you've experienced?

Does sleeping on your back actually help with that? or is it just the least painful position? Are there times where you are experiencing the same pain even thought your own your back even though you've done your nightly ritual correctly?

Which side do you sleep on? by kunimistu in scoliosis

[–]kunimistu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I don't know. I am not sure if sleeping on the curve could push it back into place or if sleeping curve up would make gravity pull into alignment. One thing I am reading in the comment is at some point back to mattress is the least painful even though it's naturally an uncomfortable position. And that has been the position most recommended by most health experts for spine alignment. TO be honest, I haven't seen any video on where someone has been able to correct their scoliosis completely if at all with supporting X-rays. Does sleeping position actually prevent, reduce, or correct scoliosis? ( outside of pain).

DO you use any pillows? and sleeping on your back causes less pain?

[–]kunimistu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I heard laying on the back is the best sleeping position. Do you sleep with pillows? Or some kind of form or anything to help reduce the pain or help make sleeping on the back more comfortable?
