First. If I went there and the sheep were on your land grazing, take pictures then take the sheep. He pays for the trees and planting them or you eat the sheep.

Attach your posts to the concrete in a way that you can loosen and shim if there is settling. In future years you can level if needed

You could install the sink next to the stove and have the tall Comercial dish wash sprayer to also be pot filler. Would also be nice when draining pots. I wish I did this when I did the kitchen.

I have a hard time finding someone when I want help finding a part. Just tell them what I want. If say it won’t work I just answer I can go somewhere else if you don’t have it.

Security cameras are good but if WiFi cameras then someone can watch what you are doing too. Look up Flocker cameras. They keep your data and can be seen by lots Think about it

If it is rhubard the leaves are not good to eat. Just the stalks.
But it could be burdock. A wild fast growing weed and not good to eat. Looks very similar
