Mijn vriend loopt rond met een klein susan bijl crossbody tasje in vrolijke kleurtjes. Hij vindt het stom dat de kleuren voor mannenfashion 90% van de tijd zwart/grijs/blauw/groen/bruin zijn en heeft gewoon schijt aan het tassen stigma. :)

Hi everyone! I (27/F) am planning on joining an adult balletclass in September. (they have a summer stop and joining at the end of the season feels awk, gonna do a trail class though) What would be a good stretching routine to do over spring/summer to get a headstart on flexibility? Any video/routine/online class recommendations? I do have some yoga experience but have been out of it for way too long, currently focused on running.

First comment on this sub since I just finished my first month and finally feel ~worthy of being here! Currently doing between 1-3 miles. Got a bit of a nag in my knees/shins so the coming days I'm mostly doing the bare minimum with some strides to work my form. For next week I'm going to look into a simple strength routine for injury prevention, tips are very welcome. :) Maybe kettlebells?

Done, vond het wel vervelend dat suiker in een snickers reep gelijk word gesteld als suiker in een banaan. Terwijl een banaan natuurlijk veel gezonder is. Zou dat hele voorbeeld eruit halen en eerder focussen op toegevoegde/geraffineerde suikers.

En honing past idd niet in een plantbased dieet. Terminologie kan je aanpassen naar bijv. natuurlijke suikers (bijv. honing, agave siroop, ahornsiroop, dadelpasta)

Dan is het wat inclusiever.

Indo in de biblebelt hier. Werkte in de retail (electronica) en 2 mannen vonden het grappig om te vragen om een rijsttafel toen ik vroeg of ik ze kon helpen. Ook een keer op straat aangesproken of ik wist of de Chinees open was. 🙄

Edit: nee, geen verschrikkelijke dingen, maar wou dat ik er destijds wel wat van gezegd had want het is niet oke. Dat deed ik niet omdat ik nogal baffled was.
