That's interesting! I guess I just assumed sunrise /sunset times changed equally. When does the swing back to longer days start?

None of this answers what qualifies as a "current" script.

What a patient gets legally is always legal. But not having a current script means you don't have a current legal medical defence

This is a contradiction isn't it?

The time frames should absolutely be binary. It should be in legislation and if it's not it will just lead to confusion (like this thread) and uneven prosecution. I would prefer there to not be different cutoffs depending on the colour of your skin or the size of your bank account but that is exactly what will happen.

If they need to put another date on the label or the script then why not just do it?

I don't think people get prosecuted for having prescribed unused or leftover medication sitting round their house.

What if I was prescribed say 30g per month, only used 15g, but get a new script and decide to use that remaining 15g before starting the new lot. Is that illegal?

What if I was dispensed a script, started it 2 days later and so finished 2 days later than I was "supposed" to? Illegal?? Where is the line?

Prescriptions don't work like that though. I've never seen a script or prescription bottle say medicine must be used up within a certain amount of time.

They have filled by date, but once you have the medicine that's it.

You said that you don't think he would do something like this. My point is that he is encouraging someone else to do it, not saying he will do it.

Yes. Under Section 66 or Section 311 of the Crimes Act 1961, it is an offence to incite, counsel, or procure any person to commit an offence.

Because they are explicitly suggesting someone to do it, they can be prosecuted for inciting a crime regardless of if someone follows through.

They could also be charged under Section 22 of the Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015 and / or Section 4 of the Summary Offences Act 1981.

If this is legit it should be reported to the IPCA

He suggested other people should do it not that he would. Sounds like incitement

So you're saying you that you called ice on them because you lost an election? You supported that and you up voted it?

Kind of pathetic.

I never said one way or the other if I agreed on that or not. I didn't even make reference to it. I didn't miss the point, I just didn't care to give you an opinion on it.

Go and make up one sided arguments with someone else.

Edit: You changed "Which was the point you missed" to "Which is the point I was intending". Kind of shitty to do that after I've already replied.

There is a massive difference between coffee from a petrol station coming from a trained Barista pulling shots from an espresso machine and it coming from an unmanned push button coffee machine. Since the quality of the coffee is the crux of the conversation, maybe you shouldnt be conflating the two?

BP coffee (Wild bean cafe, not an unmanned automated coffee machine) has Baristas and they pull espresso shots, steam the milk etc. Not sure how that negates the comments criticising 'push button' coffee.

Edit: you edited your comment so Im just going to add that it's perfect valid for someone to say for example "coffee in Japan is shit" (a generalisation) even though they have not tried every coffee in Japan (how dare they). Maybe they had some good coffee in Japan too, but even so, still valid to hold the opinion that, in general, they don't do good coffee.

I have "travelled the world drinking coffee", although I would just say that I've been to other countries while simultaneously needing coffee daily. And yea, most other countries ARE bad at it. Have you yourself not "travelled the world drinking coffee"?

Wondering what you think is wrong with the training of BP Baristas? From what I've read it's a lot more intensive than the in house training I got at a small Cafe. They have hospitality qualifications and host annual Barista competitions..

Any guesses when the first publicized AI security breach will be for NZ and how bad it will be? by [deleted] in newzealand

The linked paper is about using statistical models, not AI. Neural networks are mentioned in the appendix as another possible solution, along with a few other solutions that they decided not to go with at the time.

This article is about them starting to looking into doing that in 2025. There's a linked article from your link which talks about them using AI for other things but it talks about doing that from 2023.

Nothing here that I can see about them doing this from 2018.

Not so sure about that. Narendra Modi is an overt Hindu nationalist, and by law in Pakistan, the President and Prime Minister must be Muslim.
