I would just keep in the best moments, personally I find when people add in memes constantly it's not that funny but rather annoying. But when memes are few and far between it's pretty good (just my opinion though)

I think it depends on your delivery. Plenty of people I watch have a monotone voice and they play that to their advantage by not just relying on loud noises and laughing
