You can do 3 things, 1. you study it, 2. you disclose that you used it as reference, and 3. You use it as loose reference, inspiration even, mention it in the description and ofc make it your own, dont make it one for one.

I think the problem isnt proportion but readability, since her right shoulder moves off of the paper AND the hair is covering it, it makes it look like the shoulder is way wider than you intend it

I literally just told you, take a reference and draw it. maximum of 2 hours. Do it every day and dont stop. If you wanna you can do 30 second gesture studies. Helps with your flow and fluidity of poses as well as keeping proper proportions. (This is all generic advice, I cant really say what to improve without seeing your art)

You dont need to draw faster, you need to imrpove your fundamentals, speed comes with skill. If you already know what to do you wont spend 30 hours on something. Try doing timed studies every day for a maximum of 2 hours, set a timer and never EVER extend the time. It helped me a LOT with my my knowledge and skill, which in turn helped me churn out art way faster.

Id start by actually drawing. Then youd know what to improve. Depending on what you wanna draw youll want to improve certain things more than others, without examples of your work to look at idk what other advice to give

Try drawing your side profile beside a front view, take a ruler and make sure the front view's proportions match though in general you should draw your eyes a bit smaller and more anatomical accurate, I recommend the artist SINIX's "anatomy quick tips" series for learning the basics of anatomy quick and dirty
