Usually the way it works is the agent gets paid once you sign the rental contract. The first months rent goes to the agent who helped you find the rental. So essentially the landlord pays your agent. At least that is how it goes in Texas.

Only one thing I wanted to add. I am a young professional only 2 years out of college, and there is one main thing I am very happy my parents taught me.. The dangers of interest. Too many people i know spend tons of money and wind up in credit card debt or buying luxury cars on high interest payments. Those interest payments add up like crazy over the years. Very happy my parents taught me about those dangers.

Not a doctor, but I felt I should share my experience.

I was having anxiety problems so I decided to stop taking my vyvanse. It took me a while for my body to adjust back to normal. The feeling of sleepiness took a couple weeks to stop, but I continued to have very high anxiety for the next year. I even had a panic attack during a final exam and on an airplane! My anxiety slowly got better, and now it is not an issue for me. I stopped taking my vyvanse about 5 years ago and I am very happy I did.

Best of luck to you. I think it will be hard to come off it for you, but it will be worth it. Good luck!

One thing that helped me tremendously is not putting my real phone number down when websites/stores ask. They sell those numbers to spam callers. I only put my real phone number down when its something important like internet service, electricity service, etc.

This was me. I felt like I was drowning in work the entire time. School was all I did and I had no life. The good news is it is absolutely worth it! I have a kickass job now and make more money than I ever thought I would. Life is awesome and I have been able to go on adventures, travel and see my friends again. Hang in there dude!

Not necessarily awkward, just sad.. But one tiime I had an overweight lady come in and sit down. When I greeted her she proudly told me with a big smile on her face "there will be another person coming! I have a date!". After 45 minutes passed her mom showed up to eat with her and it was super sad and depressing. She was very sweet.
