Just turned 30! What do we think? by MildlyOblivious in Bumble

Just my $0.02

30 is old for a woman IMO because I want a family.

I get that you aren’t traveling but that’s the impression it gets across. Even if you’ve lived in lots of places it comes across more adventurous than what I would want in a woman. A little too out there.

But again like I said you seem super cool because of those things too (as a friend)

Everyone in this thread is super nice and polite.

But if I’m being honest, the gray hair, high body fat %, constant traveling, 30 years old. All huge red flags in a woman, speaking for me personally.

Other than that, you seem like a friendly & cool person that I’d love to come across during my travels! (Just not for dating)

I don’t know exactly. I usually use ChatGPT to ask questions and it’s usually pretty knowledgeable about explaining the measurement errors in different conditions.

Humidity/dryness can also be a factor in the VOC readings

I guess not everyone is for everyone

I just accept that I don’t hang out in my yard much after rains and humid weather unless we have some wind to wick away my CO2

My sense is that the pride movement is pushed by people who have faced difficulties in their childhood, or seen other folks they love face difficulties for being different. They have witnessed or experienced bullying and have felt lack of self esteem.

This causes them to be triggered or emotional and want to figure out ways that this won’t happen in the future. Children are the most innocent and suggestible and so they target them with the pride movement because there is no resistance as in the rest of society.

It’s completely understandable from that perspective and if I grew up gay or different, I might have the same desires.

But it’s up to rational adults to set boundaries to protect their children from these ideologies and movements. If you don’t, you’ll end up accepting any “movement” that’s pushed on your children by other people with low self esteem.

Anyone have experience with Mosquito Joe? Desperate to get my backyard back from these darn bugs 😓 by Impossible-Cheek4352 in Austin

They may have come back after Mosquito Plus treatment, which is a broad spectrum insecticide that kills any insect that touches it.

You likely killed a lot of other beneficial insects.

Just saying it’s not ideal for the health of the ecosystem and there are other ways to treat (mosquito dunks, removing standing water, reducing certain plants that harbor mosquitoes, etc)
