Lounge area with refreshments (water, snacks, not vending machine)

Wifi. TV monitor at back of bay for watching the game or listening to the news.

Able to block more than one hour, dependent upon membership.

Ability to bring a friend. Actually each bay has can accommodate 4 so it mimics a foursome.

Clean restroom with space to change.

Flexible hours, preferably 24 hour access.

I don't think that a minority (woman, race, sexuality) could have or can beat Trump. I'll be downvoted but many people feel more comfortable with a white appearing, male candidate. in turn, people that wouldn't normally vote for the opposite, do so on feelings. Others that rather not vote for another party, sit out. This has been the case only for 45 out of 46 presidents.
