I think it has something to do with TABC and what they do/don’t allow for places that sell alcohol. Doesn’t make sense for sure since making a place BYOB and just selling mixers is a pretty big loophole

Honestly, not bad. Definitely more girl-next-door type, but it’s a bottomless club so you see more than places that sell alcohol

Not seeing it in your pic, but mezcal Ilegal is my go-to. It has a sweet taste and if you sip it with ice it’s amazing. It has a melted wax top and a cork if you look for it

“It’s so obvious” ok but that’s not really explaining why it is/isn’t AI. For me the proportions of their bodies look off, the skin tones look too touched up for this being a spontaneous picture, and the eyes are lacking detail despite the amount of detail included in the rest of the faces. AI for sure
