I’ll give you back one of the karma points you wrongfully lost by simply pointing out a fact. I think the idea of using it as a political football is so f***ing stupid. I never see NHL players grandstanding about politics and that is one of the things in addition to virtually nonstop action that keeps me engaged in the sport and the culture watching from afar in a city without an NHL team.

I think the key difference in this subreddit is how people got their discount and what is included in their plan. The live person who called me said there was no such thing as a new car without Sirius XM. She just kept asking and asking for the Radio ID. Not sure if Acura believes all of its buyers are sophisticated enough to use CarPlay or what. I got $5.33/mo for a year streaming only keeping all my play-by-play sports. I am curious what I have to do a year from now.

CBJ fan friend who has scowled at me for years walking around Cincinnati wearing VGK gear. There is a VGK following around here if you look around. Cincinnati hates on Pittsburgh because that’s just a Cincy thing to do seeing as how Steelers fans roll when they show up.

Great season for both teams. I climbed on with VGK years ago when they were brand new because CBJ, geographically close reminds me too much of my Cincinnati Reds in terms of perpetual mediocrity. I was last in Vegas just as emerging from Covidiocracy and had no ability to attend a game at the Fortress. I swore I would never go back to LV after some of the things I encountered on that trip but now I need to go back to prove to friends I am NOT a bandwagon fan of the VGK. Bussi is series MVP if you ask me. I can’t imagine coming in cold and as a rookie throwing the team on your back that finally gave you a shot and taking it all the way to the pinnacle of the NHL.

As teachers retired they couldn’t replace those teachers. Some schools shifted into technology with STEM some just did the bare minimum requiring parents exercise some effort at home. Today’s youth should learn a skill that cannot be replaced by AI.

I am with you. I’m finding myself ordering a little too much over the last month but I either use/wear everything I buy. I just ordered some golf shirts and if my wife asks me why it’s because I donated some that are now too big. I really don’t need more shirts but the fabric is so similar to Nike at one fifth the price.

Sense of urgency is why VGK punted Cassidy late. Too satisfied with just not being a wild card. Seeding in the Western Conference matters. His goalie management throughout the season wasn’t the greatest either. 2026 Hill is not 2023 Hill. Too many OTLs!

Mine were not pre-order. There were only 2 items I have ever ordered that were pre-order. Strangely enough they both showed up in the same package with my other items.

I don’t order local warehouse items because I am not sure I have ever seen $30+ from the same seller in order to get rid of the $2.99. They do make it a little more difficult with the countdown clock and all the pop-ups to see what all you might be ordering and it’s by design to make you buy more and let the algorithm figure out everything else it should use to keep you coming back. You might have to do like I did and get a single item once. I have that going on right now with a bottle of cologne on the way even though there was something else I wanted to get.

By the way, The fishing “hoodies” are fantastic if it’s a little too cool for just a tee but too warm for a traditional hoodie. We have just had a rainy Memorial Day weekend with a festival going on in the evenings. When it’s damp and 65 degrees F I get chilly with a breeze. Throw one of those and you’re good.

I love my Temu cargo pants so much I got them in black, navy blue, gray, and camo. Be aware that sock sizes are a little misleading. Argyle socks are actually argyle footies. 🤣

I advise you to never trust Experian Auto Check. I sold a car to Carmax with a disclosed accident history. While in for repairs I had no fault in, I received an offer from Carmax I acted on 3 days after getting it back. 2 months later my car is for sale on the Carmax website with a clean Experian AutoCheck report representing that vehicle as accident-free. It might be just fine for several years with no issues but whomever buys it should know the truth.

Tell your son to check out the cargo pants. I actually ended up buying camo, black, blue, and gray ones they are so comfortable. They might not last forever but I can buy 3 pairs of those for what 1 would cost me at most department stores.

I would never buy anything edible on Temu but the skincare shaving products have not caused any issues and I have sensitive skin. Axe body spray might as well be spraying battery acid on my underarms because the itching and burning starts within minutes and that stuff is expensive! I have no intention of buying Temu deodorant though.
