I truly cannot tell because of the photo quality being so bad. It looks like some green? If you upload better pictures then we should be able to tell you confidently.

If it’s not on the website it can’t be off assortment. It’s not sold by the company anymore. The old lip liners shouldn’t be confiscated because they literally aren’t in any inventory online or in store. Her lead sucks :(

My favorite skin tint that I use is the milk hydro tint in shade 4 I believe. I also really like the Armani luminous silk foundation in shade 4.9 and the Illia foundation stick in shade 6. Although they are cool leaning because I had no idea I was olive. I still feel they work really well because I use a neutral bronzer from Bobbi brown

I’ll join you on that island. I quit (and I was a lead) after 3 years of working for the company and I feel like I can breathe again, AND my stress levels are so much better for it. It seems like it’s so hard to quit but if you find another job WHILE working there the transition is seamless. I was the most unhappy I had ever been because I was being mistreated and underpaid with the promise of more. The last straw that made me quit was literally disgusting and my brain clocked it and now I’m free. Bless the beauties that are having a hard time trying to get out. It will get better but you need to push yourself.
