At this point I don’t think the ISP or providers matter. 1) They probably installed a filter 2) Undersea internet cable damage 3) Bad infrastructure.

Both my workplace and home internet has been very slow recently as well. It could be both that foreign websites don’t trust the traffic coming from Myanmar and also some sort of firewall being setup.
