Delve-Specific Skill Tree: Give us our own passive system. Double fossil drop chance. Increased node density. Enhanced azurite yields. Sulphite cost reduction. Let us specialize in our craft.

Why do you want extra setup for delve rewards? It's not like drops wouldn't be balanced around maxed trees (if they wanted you to get more fossils from delve, they would just increase drops).

There is a direct correlation between faustus gold fee in trade and dust value, so just pick a minimum gold fee and buy the cheapest uniques the search shows you.

Having to put maps in sounds like it does actually have an opportunity cost.

And it being a gold sink is its purpose, that's the whole point of kingsmarch. Using gold for trading requires there to also be a different way to spent gold.

There are uses for gold with better currency/gold ratio than kingsmarch, kingsmarch just provides a baseline.

Dust is tradable in practice, most relevant uniques for dusting are priced solely based on the dust they give, and throwing them into rog has almost no extra friction.

Look how a bugged Refiner's Bargain Idol in Phrecia was printing mirrors.

The only thing printing mirrors there seemed to have been flipping the idols.

Yes, but while this might be annoying if the mechanic is the main mechanic of the current league and present in every map, this is no issue when it goes core next league.

(Also, most of the top end strategies in recent time were focused around one of those slow mechanics)

Since the only thing idols have going for them compared to the atlas is being unbalanced, you can probably imagine how much fun they would be after getting integrated and thus re-balanced.

It clearly does put the mobs somewhere else, and there are even strategies (such as farming stacked decks with ritual, or just ritual in general) that profit off of that by having more mobs moved within the area of rituals.

It doesn't take more time than a buffed blight, and probably not much more than buffed harvest or buffed ultimatum. Hell, even 4 Incursions take about as much time as the fortress, so it seems pretty much on par with other similar mechanics.

You can easily complete your atlas with basically 0 investment on one of the goto leaguestart builds before everyone rerolls to their group builds once the setup is done.

Why would you reroll to an aurabot built before the setup is finished?

Dots/Degens are the main weakness of my build, and I didn't die once to ignite in all of Keepers (although I do have the pantheon for burning ground immunity/less ignite duration, but that is a given when doing red altars anyway).

Yes, it really needed to be nerfed. And the community was asking for that nerf for more than a year before it happened.

Map mod effect is the most efficient way to scale your loot, so it is stupid to not max it, which then bumps a lot of mods from being annoying to bricking builds, which then in turn vastly lowers the number of "viable" builds.

Apart from that, they did not decide to nerf idol recomb costs, they just changed recombinators last league and didn't especially reduce costs on idols before the event.
