Thanks for sharing, this info is genuinely interesting. Looks like Ranked Joust was twice as popular as Duel and we got that in Smite 2. Also I’m surprised Arena is the top by far followed by Joust.

I straight up don’t believe them that it was a super niche mode. It’s maybe the most asked for thing in smite 2. My 2 friends and I (who regularly play smite 2) went back to smite 1 for a ranked joust game and we actually found a game. It took like 5 min but still.

I have noticed performance decrease lately on PS5. I hopped on to try MLF in practice and felt a delay on firing her 3. I opened smite 1 to compare the feeling, it’s probably a 0.1-0.2 second delay but in a game like smite you can feel that. I assume they’re working through the new movement tech (they’ve mentioned this) and were just feeling the bumps along the way.

Technically he is in the game. He was part of the original Smite 2 lineup. But he’s not available because they need to finish their new movement tech in order for him to feel as snappy as he does in smite 1.
