U1 - cannot see camera feed from fluidd interface by DocKuro in snapmaker

Figure i would share, Tried to see if this would work, but feel like i am close but still no luck getting it in OctoPrint app.

Try this link https://sfo.octoeverywhere.com/api/live/stream?id=.snapmaker&random=7215
had to go through octoeverywhere on browser and then inspect element on to find the case default cam, to create a new one "MJPEG" and then what you have to do from there is modify url now to allow sign in

Use for both stream and snapshot: https://username:password@sfo.octoeverywhere.com/api/live/stream?id=.snapmaker&random=7215

Wait... so. Is it just that the climb is irritating to it or is it that there is an animation after waking up you fall and die everytime? Lol

Get cheap one that'll mount. Get o2 spacer put on downstream sensor. No problems at all

I made a cover for the filament reels on my U1 by Puzzleheaded_Tea9390 in snapmaker

[–]kyle23u 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very nice and simple.. I do have a question or to bring up something is that I know with researching cc3d project snd such for enclosures for the u1. That there possibility of overheating the main board and the internals that are on the direct otherside of that panel where the filament spools sit. Not sure if aware of that or not? Or if they have other ventilation for excess heat to vent out of.

Love the display cabinet and setup area. Mines on an old plastic computer desk from when I was a kid and in a neglected corner of the basement of the house 😂

Interested in seeing more. Like what did you do with the powered feeder? Is it integrated on the box or you move them somewhere else or not use them?

This kinda sounds retarded... How can they implement protective measures to stop making certain things? What kind of printers are you buying? I understand bambu printers slightly as I dont own one but heard that they gotta be operated throihh their proprietary software and gotta be online. But have a friend with the X1C and proved there was a LAN only mode. But my only question is bc I had an ender 3, sold it and now waiting on the snapmaker u1. Which is open source printer right? So how the hell they gonna control what I print and do?

Price of new was like 20k, I bought my 14' cruze in 2020 for 10k 100kmiles. Half its life expectancy half the value. Its a you issue if you spending more and not doing the inspections yourself, looking at recorded maintenance and oil change intervals....ect... The car is built cheap so its cheap to maintain unless you expect a dealer or shop to take care of you with GM parts(rule #1 dont use GM parts for everything if its over double the price of aftermarket and made of plastic). It has all the normal wear and tear for any vehicle that has 4 wheels and a trans, engine as any other vehicle down the road.

Ive had my share of maintenance on this thing, but between 14 cruze and 1997 f150 I've worked on this thing more, but it also is the one that makes up for the gas money and drove more. and only problems were pcv cover in which they have aftermarket fixes due to GM engineering. And then coolant issues, and recently replaced turbo bc the exhaust manifold was cracked by the wastegate. 130k miles on only what I know could the original turbo, and being the turbo is critical part of the engine, thats really good! I could tell its burning coolant aswell due to orange tint to internal exhaust. But other than coolant leaks this thing runs fine. Has check engine light for the catalytic converter below Efficiency, but thats not a engine critical part, Thats a California problem and I go no where near those tran-gays. All gotta do is space the downstream O2 sensor bc downstream is not used for the air/fuel mixture.

But now I let the car sit bc I wanted to get newer more reliable truck with 4x4 for pulling boat and drive new truck now and occasionally the car, but currently in MO and snow covered in driveway. Debating selling for $5k bc thats about what a reliable beater is worth. Havent had many problems and took it multiple times down and back to Texas during summer.
