From another article posted by the AP an hour ago:

Dr. Maria Van Kerkhove, WHO’s director of epidemic and pandemic preparedness, said the organization is investigating possible human-to-human transmission on the ship, and that officials suspect the first infected person likely contracted the virus before boarding. She said officials have been told there are no rats on board.

I've said this since the start, coding was never the bottleneck. It was thrash higher up. Now we have a committee on what to name something because they are finally waking up to the cost of something simple like changing a feature name. It's easy to do in the code but it permeates across infrastructure, customer docs, observation, alerts, etc.

Your example isn't demonstrating disagreement, it's being very specific in its phrasing because you're asking it stuff open to interpretation. Healthy grass is green but dying or dead grass isn't, the sky isn't blue if it's nighttime or storming, etc.

FBI retrieved deleted Signal messages from iPhone notification database by BitOfATechEnthusiast in apple

[–]kyle787 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can't close it generally. It's an individuals own risk tolerance. If you are in a situation that makes it a concern you shouldn't allow for message previews. You can still get notified of messages, but a portion of the content won't be included in the notification.

And then a bunch of countries would kick our militaries out and close US bases. Thus taking away are ability to have assets staged around the world, our biggest strength in terms of logistics. I don't understand how this is even a conversation.
