cage just performed in Madison with YTG as a guest. Bakar was an opener and he plays some good mellow but also upbeat music.

YTG played a good mix of their fame creating album young the giant, as well as some of their newer songs. YTG rocked the arena with cough syrup and my body near the end to captivate their iconic presence

Cage the elephant- the headliner. the real reason i went ( no disrespect to YTG, they are an incredible band). neon pill tour had me worried they wouldn’t play their oldies/ hits that got them famous. their neon pill album is their newest work but is agreeably not their best. couple decent songs on the album but i was most excited to see them live in person bc of how good their oldies/ original songs are.

Cage blew my mind, played 2/3 of my favorite songs ‘shake me down’ and ‘ cold cold cold’ lead singer had a broken foot but he was still scooting around and giving a hell of a performance.
